What is the difference between 'Labret' and 'ball end'

The ball end would be a typical internally threaded screw backing ball. A Labret has a flat end that is fixed (not-removable) to the bar, this allows the front to be attached easily for tragus or lip piercings.

The simplest answer is to measure what you currently have. As everyone has unique ears and piercings we can’t tell you YOUR needs. However, for most piercings, we recommend the “ball-end 1/4″ (6mm)”. Sometimes, 5/16″ (8mm) is worn for deep cartilage piercings or larger ears.

➥ USE CAUTION – Be careful when handling or putting on jewelry as small pieces may easily become lost or damaged.
➥ DRY & CLEAN – Do not shower or swim while wearing jewelry. Occasionally remove and wipe clean with a soft dry towel.
➥ SEALED TIGHT – Jewelry should be kept sealed in air-tight containers to prevent tarnishing.
➥ NO CHEMICALS – residue from makeup, cleaning solutions or other products can degrade the jewelry’s protective coating.

What is considered an acceptable return?

We accept returns ONLY if product received was not as described.
Buyer is fully responsible for choosing correct size or color at checkout.
The buyer is responsible for fully reading the description and for being cautious regarding metal sensitivities or allergies.

All requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days after the order date.

Defective jewelry can be returned for a refund or like exchange, based on availability, and must be received in original condition.

The item/size I ordered is out of stock. Why was it on the website?

All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods we may be in a position where we cannot supply an item or there may be an unexpected delay in dispatch. Our system does not record individual size quantities, if you order several items in the same size you may experience a slight delay. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible and will offer to substitute the item for another item of similar style/color/ size or we will offer a refund.

Make sure to check your spam or junk mail folder as sometimes emails will be sent there.
